You're Hitler!

Establishment Republicans are 'outing' themselves when faced with the prospect of Trump becoming the nominee. Glenn Beck, not content to attack Trump himself, has begun lambasting Trump supporters as 'brown shirts.' Yes, we've all heard it before. When they scream that Trump is "Hitler," you know they've reached the silly stage.

People throw out the word 'racist,' 'sexist, 'bigot' so much these days that it really no longer has any effect. Usually people using those words can't or won't debate the facts.

I remember watching Bill Maher's show some time ago. Trump had entered the race and they dismissed him with a chuckle. His panel all thought he stood no chance. Then, when he gained momentum, they began laughing at it. Now we've reached the anger stage. "He's Hitler!!" Next they will be resigned to President Trump. A quick cartoon showing Glenn Beck, who is currently in the anger stage:

Glenn Beck has jumped the shark. He's now silly and irrelevant.

I disagree with many of Trump's positions, but it warms my heart to see him crush the Republican establishment--the same old corrupt neocon, globalist bullshit artists who stole primaries from Ron Paul. Ron didn't complain. He should have. Trump is now getting even. The establishment is getting its comeuppance. Lindsey Graham, who supported Jeb, yesterday said the GOP has gone 'batshit crazy.' Nope. It's YOU who is batshit crazy, Lindsey...and many conservatives are fed up with your ilk.

Meanwhile, Trump expressed some jocularity as he made fun of the establishment's candidate, Rubio. (Jeb having failed miserably and embarrassingly). Rubio tends to choke and sweat under pressure. So I dashed out this cartoon as well...

The Great Wall of Trump

Donald Trump not only wants a wall on our southern border, he IS a wall. He’s a wall that will keep out some rigged, establishment candidate from reaching the White House. Bush spent an incredible amount of money, but performed miserably. He hit his head on the Trump wall, and now he’s seen the futility of his actions. The globalists, including the Pope, couldn’t stop Trump. Fox News and the establishment media also failed. The more he’s attacked, the more people seem to like him.

Trump’s campaign is built like a brick wall. It’s nice to see the corrupt insiders—the king makers within the Republican party—bang their collective heads in frustration.

Obama the Undertaker

Obama won't attend Scalia's funeral, so technically he's not the undertaker, but he  is a gravedigger. If he's able to push though his gun-grabbing nominee, then it could mean RIP America.

This is a dark and gloomy cartoon that befits the mysterious circumstances surrounding the death of Antonin Scalia. At the very least, it’s inexcusable that there was no autopsy. There’s also a distinct possibility that, like Breitbart, Tom Clancy and Michael Hastings, he was assassinated. Now, conveniently, Obama will install someone who will help push his globalist agenda.

Will the Republicans delay the appointment? I have my doubts. They’ve caved into Obama’s demands in the past. Welcome to the corrupt, criminal world of mobster fascism lead by the central bankers. Rest in peace liberty and the Republic.

The undertaker may as well bury the Constitution along with Scalia. After all, he’s not using it.

Drawing the cartoons that MSM can't draw...

We are stuck at 77 Patreon supporters and I'd like to see grrrgraphics reach 100 supporters on Patreon. When that level is triggered, everyone who pledges $10+ will receive a free T shirt. My dream is to get at least $5,000 per month from supporters. That way I can draw the cartoons full time and, more importantly, be free of any restraints faced by cartoonists who get paid by the mainstream media. I can draw whatever I like without an editor barking orders at me or telling me it might 'offend' their readers. The above cartoon is a bonus that only Patreon memebers get to see. (Well in this instance, not any more). So please, if you want to support an independent muckraker, any bit will help. And unlike some in the 'alternative truth media,' I don't own a mansion, nor do I have boats and motorhomes. I don't rub shoulders with Hollywood stars. I'm just a hard working guy living in Montana. Even $1 per month helps--if I get 5,000 supporters pledging a buck, think of what I could be drawing!

Thanks for your help!

Republican Debate Highlight: Rubio the Robot (RuBot)

This was the funniest moment and it cost Rubio the debate. A forceful Christie pointed out Rubio’s pre-programmed repetitions and then he pulled the plug. ‘RuBot' may need an upgrade from Microsoft. —Ben Garrison

Yes, I'm still a Libertarian

For the record, I don't support any one candidate and I reserve the right to criticize any of them. Sure, I like Rand Paul and I'm sorry he didn't do better. He's one of the few candidates who want to audit and end the corrupt Federal Reserve.

I like to draw Trump because he's shaking up the establishment and he's not afraid of the opprobrious tyranny known as 'political correctness.' He's also fun to draw. The establishment hates him and that makes me want to like him, but I disagree with him on several issues.

I like Gary Johnson even though I disagree with his open borders approach. That may be the free market in action, but it also can lead to balkanization and parallel societies and such division inevitably leads to strife, crime and conflict.

I've lost some friends both on the left, the right and even some Libertarians. Why? Because I may not be seen to be in exact alignment with their views. We should all be able to remain friends regardless--otherwise reasonable debate isn't possible. For example, I remain friends with a retired math teacher who lives in the Northeast. He's a Bernie Sanders supporter. I can understand his reasoning and I respect his opinion. I even like Bernie. (I despise the criminal Clintons). Sanders sees the wealth continuing to gravitate into the hands of a very few while the middle class is vanishing. I don't think socialism will work, but at least Sanders seems sincere in his commitment to help the poor and middle class. He was also one of the few to call out Ben Bernanke in Congress (along with Ron Paul). In fact, despite their ideological differences, Paul also respects Sanders.

20 ISSUES REVIEWED (I reserve my right to change my mind about anything!)

1. Immigration
Keep it legal. Enforce the laws. Build the wall if necessary. It's not racist to want the law enforced. If we get to pick and choose which laws to follow, then I choose to ignore the IRS. If there are no borders and we invite anyone in the world to come here without having to adhere to commonality in law (Constitution) or language (English), then there will be no country. Just a jumble of little countries and endless conflict. Importing millions of undocumented aliens is a recipe for disaster. It's especially wrong for Obama to allow in millions of young, militant Islamists...many of whom could be ISIS terrorists. Seems to me he wants to change America into a Muslim country considering how he bows and scrapes to Islam. Sure, many Muslims are peaceful, but many immigrants consider their culture superior to western culture. Until their attitude changes, there will be strife.

2. Torture
Trump said in the debate tonight that he wanted 'more torture!' You're wrong about this, Mr. Trump. Torture is unreliable. The victim will say anything to avoid it and thus render it unreliable. I hope you change your mind about it. It's morally wrong and if the government approves torture for others it's just a matter of time before it's used against U.S. Citizens. Look at the ranchers in Oregon. They were labeled 'terrorists' and subjected to cruel and unusual punishment. Another was also labeled a 'terrorist.' He was executed in the snow without due process.

3. The Patriot Act
Abolish it.

4. The NSA
Abolish it.

5. The TSA
Abolish it.

6. The Federal Reserve
Abolish it. Abolish the Gestapo IRS, too. At least Cruz says he wants to do that.

7. Common Core
Abolish it.

8. Obamacare
Abolish it.

9. War on Drugs
End it. Legalize all drugs. Stop sending drug abusers to corporate 'for profit' prisons.

10. Militarized Police
Demilitarize them. Jettison the scary black Nazi outfits. Return to blue for police and tan for sheriffs. Stop shooting people while claiming self-defense. Fight crime, not harass and collect (or steal) money from motorists. Be respectful toward citizens of all races and creeds. Weed out the corruption and those who don't follow the Constitution. Jail those who abuse citizens.

11. Second Amendment
Shall not be infringed. Ignore presidential 'orders.'

12. Nuclear power
Shut it down completely, It's WAY too dangerous for mankind. 1 gram of cesium turned into gas could render an entire square mile uninhabitable for centuries. It's not worth the risk just so a few corporations can gain short-term profits. Fukushima is the biggest problem, not 'climate change.'

13. Global warming, er 'climate change'
The climate is always changing, but most of it is bullshit designed to bring in a 'carbon tax' to line the globalists' pockets. Al Gore wants to be paid. His mansion on the coast has a big carbon footprint and he needs to pay his electric bill.

14. Snowden: Criminal or Whistle-Blowing hero?
Hero. C'mon, Trump--you're wrong about this one, too.

15. War
Avoid foreign entanglements. Get out of the Mideast. Develop our own resources. stop the war mongering. Stop creating endless blowback.

16. Government
Don't trust it. Some worship the Feddle Gubmint. I don't.

17. North Korea
Get China to rein them in. Trump is right about this one.

18. Terrorism
J'ever notice how they're calling Constitutionalists and Oath Keepers 'terrorists' now? Just another step toward the police state.

19. Forced vaccinations, chemtrails, fluoride in public water, GMO foods
Stop all of it!

20. Hate speech
Denounce the virulent strains (people screaming for murder of people based on their race and religion). Denounce libel and impersonation--that kind of hate speech is definitely not free--it is very costly to some. We need to police ourselves and elevate the discourse. Otherwise government will decide what we can and cannot say. Nowadays hate speech accusations are being affixed to those who merely question 'climate change' or mass immigration from Muslim countries.

Are NeoCons Rigging the Primaries Again?

Cruz won and Trump, according to FoxNews, lost. Trump took the 2nd place standing with grace, but he lost mostly because of the surprising surge by Rubio. How can a candidate polling much lower only hours before, and then suddenly garner an impressive score? Could it be that Rubio and the Republican Establishment had a little help from one of their 'open borders' corporations? It may be so much hullaballoo, but I've seen the NeoCons steal primaries before (from Ron Paul).

Ranchers are FED up

When the EPA ‘accidentally’ released 3 million gallons of toxic sludge from an abandoned mine, nobody went to jail. Yet when the Hammonds accidentally burned a miniscule amount of government land in Oregon, it was called ‘arson.’ They were convicted, but then Big Guv wanted a harsher sentence. A federal judge imposed the maximum sentence, thus violating the ‘double jeopardy’ clause in the Constitution.

‘Big Guv’ owns 53 percent of the land in Oregon as well as 60 percent of Alaska and 85 percent of Nevada, the Bundy’s home state. The ranchers in Oregon have been harassed for a long time by the federal government, which does not have a Constitutional right to the land they control:

Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the U.S. Constitution outlines how much land the federal government is allowed to own and for what purpose. It outlines a need for a federal capital (Washington, D.C.) and allows for the government to possess lands to administrate and maintain a military presence. It reads:
To exercise exclusive Legislation in all Cases whatsoever, over such District (not exceeding ten Miles square) as may, by Cession of particular States, and the Acceptance of Congress, become the Seat of the Government of the United States, and to exercise like Authority over all Places purchased by the Consent of the Legislature of the State in which the Same shall be, for the Erection of Forts, Magazines, Arsenals, dock-Yards, and other needful Buildings . . .
To make all Laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into Execution the foregoing Powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof.

The states should have jurisdiction—not the federal government. Then again, Big Guv routinely ignores the Constitution and does what it likes. That’s the tyranny under which we live. The courts, the mainstream media, and the various Fed agencies are all in lockstep.

I couldn’t believe all the negative sentiment hurled at the ranchers who protested. Message boards were filled with people demanding Big Guv to squash the ’terrorists.’ These men were fighting for the Constitution after all other means failed. They are heros who are portrayed as greedy landowners. No! It’s Big Guv who is greedy. He owns most of the land and wants more!

Perhaps you think the Fed’s holdings belong to ‘We the People?’ Try going onto the land and see what happens--if you can find access. Increasingly, the government has been blocking such access. It’s Big Guv’s and the globalists' land. If you do manage to get on ‘our' land, you’ll be harrassed with fees and fines. The ranchers own some land and have for quite some time, but Big Guv wants that, too.

It’s all part of Agenda 21. Don’t like it? Want to push back because all other means are rigged against you? Get ready to be labeled a ‘terrorist.’ Get ready to be shot in the head. Forget about due process.

COMMENT FROM A PATREON MEMBER:

Right on, Ben! I would just add—and this is critical—that that arson charge against the Hammonds was "terroristic" arson. Funny how "terrorism" morphed from the farcical account of Muslims hijacking commercial jetliners and plowing them into skyscrapers to matters like asserting a common law right to travel, championing the US Constitution, and accidents like those committed by the Hammonds. That was the intent all along, though: to swivel inwards a massive anti-terror apparatus initially pointing outwards, directed against any who would oppose the coming tyranny here in the U.S. —J.D.
